Now that mostly everyone is using digital transactions, there have been various issues in the transaction. The issues are attributes due to various reasons. Everyone love purchasing something or other online and so nobody likes if their transaction fails abruptly. Even I have done various transactions online and some of them failed, and it sucked a lot much because I got my money debited from my bank account and later I suffered a lot in order to get my back into my account again. So yeah it so bad. Well, let me tell you, some of the reasons that I have seen or I have come across in regards to the failure of transactions. The first thing that I would like to state is the “ NETWORK PROBLEM” Yes if one has a network problem then it is most likely that the transaction may get failed miserably. much because during the transaction process if the person who is using the phone loses the network, his transaction may fail Failure of technology The failure of technology can simply be put in other words as a failure of the passing of data. If the entities which are involved in the transaction fails to pass the necessary info regarding the transaction then it leads to the expiry of sessions or timeouts. So if that happens the user is bound to restart the entire transaction process Wrong data During the transaction, if the person types or enters the wrong details of the bank such as card number, date of expiry of the date, name of the account holder, CVV, OTP (one time password) number or incorrect 3D secure sign and other such details, then the transaction fails immediately Droppings by the user Suppose during the transaction, if the presses or clicks on the refreshing icon of the browser then the transaction. Insufficient funds: If the user has insufficient balance in his/her bank account then, the transaction may fail then and there itself Power cut or switching off of phone In some extremely rare cases where the phone which is used by the user during the transaction gets switched off abruptly or if the pc does not have any back such as UPS or when the laptop’s charge gets drained completely then the transaction may fail. And the other reasons may include such as bank server error if the website in the transaction is occurring is off when the user hits their credit limit, when the user's account is currently blocked or is kept on hold, or when the payment gateway is unable to handle the excessive load. When the net banking isn’t enabled in the user's account, or when the user takes too much of time in entering the OTP (one-time password) in the transactional details then the transaction may fail immediately. Thus, I guess these are the various reasons which can be attributed to the failure of a transaction online.
